First Parkrun for 4 weeks

First parkrun for 4 weeks and found it tough going today. The trail was still very muddy and slippery, but still attracted a good turn out of runners. I would recommend parkruns to anyone, they are great fun and finish up with chat over coffee at the end makes it a good morning out. My time was 28mins 32secs, and I am quite happy with that. Have a great weekend all. 😊

Great time! I did my first one this morning. I didn't realise quite how hilly (and therefore brutal) the course was but I did it and finished with a smile on my face. I enjoyed my cake at the end!

Hope you feel a bit better today, it's not nice feeling ropey. Something to look on the bright side though, Spring is coming! I love it when everything starts to wake up. Look after yourself and keep fit for the GMR! 😊 xxx
