Sorry if i'm blogging too often, but its like therapy to write up how its gone.
A much better run today. Out in the morning before it got too hot and I managed 5k (43 mins) with just one short walk about 3/5 of the way round. I've been struggling to see how I would break the 2 mile barrier but today it just felt better so I kept going. A more positive me today.

I dont think you can blog too often! It may be therapy to you but its also therapy for everyone on here. We all love to see how our fellow C25Kers are doing. It spurs us on!
Exactly, hollyO, I love to read "follow up" blogs....I just finished W3R3....nervous about W4's 5 minute runs, but I've already signed up for a 2 mile race on July 4th, so I'm committed....(or should be).....lol
