Can't believe I've got this far!!!!

Being an overweight and fairly unfit 50 something I can't believe that tomorrow I am on week 6 run 2. I have managed every run so far, although I won't break any speed records. I have also lost weight which is an added bonus. Would recommend anyone thinking about doing this to have a go.

Glad there are more like me out there. I am really enjoying my running now and not really caring that I'm not improving in distance. Thought it might be a chore but I love getting out on the walking paths and just going. Well done to you both and everyone who tries

Another overweight and over 50 here who has just completed W6 R2. Echo everyones comments apart from the spammer, A Gucci bikini would not look good on me if I ran for the next 20 years! Just remember, you can look back at your earlier weeks when you thought they were tough and know that you have made so much progress!
