My querie is that apart from after the very first run I never have any muscle aches or pains. Is this normal? I haven't found the runs easy and do feel like I am pushing myself.

Thanks.

I don't think it is compulsory to ache, you lucky thing. Do you do some other form of sports?

No, I don't do any other sports but I'm on the move a lot with my job. I was just concerned re 'no pain, no gain'!

Quickly touch wood!

The podcast sees you through each step of the way not pushing too much too fast.

Glad that you're enjoying the runs without any niggles or pains; long may it continue :)

Thanks. I am enjoying the runs which is amazing as I have previously been 'allergic' to exercise!!! Hoping for leg toning, I haven't really noticed any changes as yet.

Apart from the first week when I ached a lot, apart from tired legs sometimes I've never had any pain either :)

I've just completed week 6 run 2, with run 3 scheduled for Friday, so I think we're around the same stage :)

I'm very jealous, I ached until wk4 :)

My muscles were stiff and sore through the whole 9 weeks and this completely determined my running schedule. I ran as soon as they stopped hurting enough to let me!
