So I completed week one last Friday and I feel great! I don't know if it's possible to get the running bug this quick (??) but it sure feels like I have it. I keep wanting to lace up and hit the park which isn't like me at all. The most exercise I got before this was fighting over the cookie dough with my bf lol
I love getting out there and pushing myself, although I do understand that this feeling may change as the runs get more challenging! But there's something about running that makes me feel sooo good afterwards ... it's just addictive!
So with that said, I can't wait to get out tonight and give week 2 a go!
