Well thats week one completed ... not sure I'm ready for week two yet, perhaps done too quickly wed,fri and sunday running any thoughts ?

Well done for completing week 1. Trust the programme and you will be ok. if its any help I run on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday which fits around my working week. I always make sure that I have at least 1 days rest in between runs to recover.

My runs have always been Monday Wednesday and Friday, so your doing okay with what you have set for yourslef..
Well done on finishing week one. I would say listen to your body. I've finished week one and have decided to do it again to take it gently. No shame in it. Best of luck.
If they're going to be your set days each week, then you're going to have 2 days rest now, so no I think you'll be ready for week 2 come Wednesday, and if not, repeat week 1 like joggingleaf said. I've just finished week 1 too and I ran Tues, Thurs, Sat.
