I never thought I'd ever get through the first week but here I am shouting about it!!!

At the beginning I thought my asthma was going to let me down but pushed through 🙃

Heres to the second week ....

Well done you! I am doing my second run, week 1 today. Looking forward to it. Do you do any stretches or warm ups before you start? X

Thank you, I feel it went well- ish ... 🤭

I do leg stretches before leaving the house then walk at my normal pace for around 5 mins before getting into the warm up pace!
