Welcome to the forum! That feeling of pride increases week by week until suddenly you say "I'm a runner!". Stick at it, take it steadily and don't be disheartened by any set-backs. You'll find lots of support and encouragement here :)

Well done :) You just did what in many ways is the toughest week of all!

Believe me - if you can do week one, the ONLY thing that will stop you graduating is your own thoughts.

And if you read early posts of Graduates you will see we all had them, and how we got rid of them :)

Welcome to the Forum and while we might run on our own, round here we never run alone :) Glad you are with us :)

Thank you for the encouragement.. that's made me feel much better about next week! X

Just take it one run at a time, one stage and week at a time and you will be fine.

The most important part of any run are the first few steps - those ones that get you off the Couch and out the door ;)

You have started !

Well done and welcome.. this is a great place to be and you will get so much support on here. :)

Slow and steady does it, follow the programme, take your rest days...and run the journey n your own way...because it is your journey!

Remember, " You don't have to go fast...you just have to go" !
