Week one completed. Pleased as punch

I completed week one this morning and am feeling rather pleased with myself. I actually enjoyed every minute of it and have not dreaded going out at all, quite the opposite infact. A few days rest and them into week two, hopefully as enjoyable as week one.

Well done on getting week 1 under your belt! That's your first hurdle over! Glad that you're enjoying it - that's so important. Hold that thought for Week 2! Good luck :-)

Well done on making that difficult first step. You can just have the one rest day in between runs. It should be enough. Happy running

Good luck! I don't do the early mornings - I wait til it's gone dark in early evening so the neighbours can't see me!!
