Just ran 5k in 29.47 and a good run it was as well. My last 2 were awful but other than the last km ( and that wasn't even as bad as last week) I almost enjoyed it. My darling hubby who was fonly on his 3rd run ( how can he do that) came to give me moral support.
so that I don't put myself under too much pressure my aim is a minimum of 2 30 min runs a week. Would like to think I could increase the distance a bit on one run a week.
