Hi - I did it!! Completed my last run W9R3 yesterday and I am still in shock! Running for 30 min non stop is a goal I thought was way out of my reach. I was def struggling week 7, 8 and was a nervous wreck about week 9 . The secret - I slowed down!! The podcast works - Laura was right all along. I am running a 'leg ' of the belfast marathon on monday and although I won't be running the complete leg I am confident I can give it a good bash! Thanks to everyone for continuing support, encouragement and a few giggles! To anyone finding it tough - hang in there and SLOW DOWN! What next? I will have a wee look at the NHS choices website and aim for another goal. Good luck every one else - keep it up x
