Really cannot believe that I have only 3 more runs left until I can get my graduate badge!! This experience has been amazing. It's still hard to believe how much I am really enjoying this programme. Thank god I havemanaged to stick with it throughout. Im recommending it to all of my family and friends and can't wait to download the C25k+ in the next few week!!

Nearly there now. I got my badge on Sunday, feel so poud. Just love running now. Am finding that 3 runs just keeps my weight at an even keel.

Oh congrats on your graduation!! I really hope I can eat a few treats in the week and keep my weight stable as I've lost about 1 1/2 stones since Christmas!! xx
