Well who would have thought that after just 5 weeks I would have completed a 20 minute run. I know that I am not unique, but it does feel good, as the many people on here who succeed using this plan prove.

The magic slow and steady did the trick. I now need to build in some stretches to my routine. But everything is on track so far.

Week 6 starts on Saturday.

It certainly does. I felt a great sense of achievement at the end of this run with a broad grin on my face.

Well done you!!! I completed R2 this morning and found the last 8 mins so tough as it was all up hill against the wind but I did complete it 🥵I’m dreading R3 on Saturday morning but kinda looking forward to it too if that makes sense
