I could have found all sorts of excuses not to run this week - weather, work commitments, tired, slight twinge in right foot. But i didn't, and now feel really pleased with myself. In the end week 2 was no harder than week 1, which I guess means I have improved. I just hope I am ready to move up to week 3. Will be heading out for first run on Tuesday.
