Well after just over a week withoout a run due to the weather and a dip in motivation made myself go out and continue week with this morning. I won't say it was fin as my thighs starting complaining before 5 mins were up but I perservered and was releived when I was told i was halfway. Kept going at a steady pace and managed to get to the end. Feel so much better for getting out and doing it and am back in the zone now! Bring on run 2!
