I've recently graduated and been looking into next steps... am aiming for park runs and received good advice re 3 runs a week; 2 5k and 1 longer. Then, while thinking about gps apps and devices, I stumbled upon the nike app & site where I found this programme... anyone got any thoughts on it?

I've not tried it but I have been doing the B210K programme

I started doing the 10k programme a couple of weeks after finishing C25K and I wish i'd waited a bit longer. The sessions are over an hour long so it's hard to find the time!

You should do a park run. I'm planning to go tomorrow. Eeek!

It does look a bit daunting, doesn't it - downloaded all the ics files to my ical and its now sitting there pulling faces at me every time I have to check my diary :O ... All the very best for the park run; look forward to hearing how you go - and participating myself soon(ish!)

I have just completed week 1 of the bridge to 10k programme, I downloaded the plan from a link on here. I have found it really good and the music is not too bad. I log my runs on runkeeper. I'm not very techie, not sure how to add links but i'm sure someone will be able to help. I must say it's so far so good :-)
