I've done my W9R3 today! Now I'm officially a graduate. Celebrated it with a 13 km walk in Antibes a couple of hours after.
The most amazing thing in all this is not even how things may change in 9 weeks of the programme, but how they have changed in the last 4 weeks for me. I remember saying that I didn't want to do continuous runs, and I'm totally into them. I remember how hard my first 25-minute runs were, and now most of my runs feel quite easy. Today's one didn't, but it's OK.
I'm 26, relatively healthy and not very unfit, and still this is a huge accomplishment I wouldn't have dreamt of only 3 months ago. I'm now inspired to conquer other things on this list, which includes, for example, learning how to do pull-ups or even ride a bike... Yes, looks like I have a whole bunch of restrictions in my mind.

Congratulations! The world is your oyster! Yes! Do it all! I hate to sound old but I wish I'd started when I was 26! Took up mountain biking last year and now running but with almost 20 years on you it is harder later, keep the momentum up!
Not at all! Very different muscles although the running helps maintain my cardiovascular fitness in between rides. Did 20 odd miles on my new all singing and dancing (and good looking) full suspension bike yesterday after 4 weeks off... hoping to complete my 25min W6 run later today... 🤞🤣 its a gorgeous day for it, the sun is shining in Sussex. It's a perfect day for it!
