A month or so ago a gentleman posted a very positive report about a new 5K training plan he was using. He said he found it very good and that the coach talked a lot! I've completed C25K and the Nike 5k plan, but feel I need more consolidation, with some one talking to me!
I'd like to be able to run 5K more consistently.
Though I love CB, I'd like to try it, but stupidly didn't save it.
Please can anyone remember which plan it was?
