So this morning was supposed to be my 55minute run of the JuJu plan... week 6.
I used Strava to map out a route and off I went.
Well, thanks to inaccuracy of that route, I ended up being ages away from home at 55mins! So I had two options... walk the rest of the way... (already late to start working) or just keep running...
Obviously I took the latter until I achieved the 10k and then walked the rest.
Felt a bit wobbly on the last 10 mins walk home...
had a good stretch and a litre of water and now feeling better!

Also I’ve finally solved my blister issues after researching and discovering Engo blister patches. Bought some for my shoes and they’ve worked perfectly. So 100% recommend these! Hopefully they will last many more runs.
So impressed with myself! Can’t believe I finally ran 10k - also can’t believe I ran for 1hour and 18 mins! Don’t care if that’s a crap 10k time!! 😬😬😬😬🥳🥳🥳🥳
