A (happy) changing room moment

For the first time today is a very long time, I actually tried a little black dress on and liked what I saw back in the mirror. Running for over 10 weeks now has really helped shift the muffin top and my hips look much slinkier. I came out of the shop with the dress purchased (it was in the sale too...!) and all the hard work of c25k and beyond felt worth it.

That feeling alone helps me get out to run no matter how tired I feel. :)

On impulse this morning, I put on a dress I bought 2 years ago (for £5!) and have never felt comfortable in. I kept it on, wore it to work and received a few compliments today. Feels good, doesn't it ? :-)

Snapsies!

Last week I wore a blouse to work that has sat in my wardrobe for at least a year as it tugging at the buttons!

It does feel good!

a great feeling..finally starting to feel comfortable in my own skin again and not always trying to cover up arms/tummy or dreading seeing photos of myself ;-)
