Hi peeps - sorry I've been missing in action...been on hols with the hubby to the lovely Cape Verde - lots of sun, sea, sand and cocktails oh and a visit to the gym twice where I pushed it up a level and managed SEVEN Ks for the first time - so I think I deserved those cocktails hee hee - and with a view like this running 7ks wasn't so tough eh? Back in UK now and back to road running - got to add another 1/2 k over the next two weeks to keep on track for that NYC Central Park 8 K in August

Oh that looks lovely CP! It's quite different enjoying the heat on a beach than dragging round at home doing normal stuff.

Hope it's not too hot for those runs at home!

Gorgeous!! Cape Verde is on my list - now even higher up the list considering that it has that view from the gym!

Thanks Melly - it was a great holiday, Boa Vista, Hotel Riu Touareg - the hotel complex and pools were fab and the swim up bar pool was ACE!
