After a horrible week of illness, exams and family problems, I'm back and off for my W6R2 tomorrow!

Well, it's been a horrible week! I've had exams galore, been ill and had to sort out various family issues, meaning that I haven't been able run really since last Monday :( however, everything is back on track and I'm itching to get out there for my W6R2 tomorrow morning! Also, I've now lost 11lb in 5.5 weeks from exercise and healthy eating- bought my first size 14 dress in a loooooong time today (haven't worn a 14 in about 2 years!), so cue a happy little dance down the highstreet! Got a few funny looks from passers by, but hey ho- onwards and upwards!

Hopefully that's all behind you now and you can continue with your c25k and well done on losing 11lb in 5.5 weeks.

Yay, congratulations on your weight loss; that is rather great going! :-) Sorry to hear you've had a horrid week, Debs, but don't feel bad that you've not been able to run, feel good that you've got the motivation and discipline to get back out there after the break from it! :-) Good luck with W6R2 today! :-)

Hey Debs, just to say you gave me back my mojo this morning! Found your wee post inspirational as I too am going through a hard time (won't bore with details plus it'll sound like an episode from coronation street!) have been struggling to get back to running, had to stop after week 5 a few weeks ago, but today, will drop daughter to school n dust off the runners n head out! Thank you :-)

Good luck with run and enjoy the dress, it sounds like you've earned it.

What a rubbish week, poor you! Love the idea of you dancing down the high street though :-)) Congrats on the weight loss too, which is amazing by the way! Well done for getting back out there and enjoy your run today!

Sorry you've had such a bad time of it. Well done now for getting out there again and continuing with your running. Good luck with your next run and best wishes.
