BIRTHDAY GIRL!!

Well, today is my birthday and with a belly full of last nights curry and a head full of wine, I braved week 6 run 1!! Was cursing myself for last nights over indulgences but knew that if I talked myself out of it, I would talk myself out of finishing the whole programme...and I've come too far along this road to give it all in now!! The sun is not shining for my birthday but at least it's trying to stay dry!! Anyway I rehydrated with plenty of water and off I went!! Again, I absolutely loved every minute of it..I feel so fabulous!!! It is so important to keep with the programme and do exactly as Laura advises for minimal complications!!! I cant believe that I'm gtting older but so much fitter and healthier!!!! I never ever thought I'd stick with it for this long!!! So my message today is to keep going and stick with it the benefits are amazing!!
