Week 2 is going well. Run 2 was smooth tonight - I might even be starting to imagine that I'm feeling stronger during the runs!
Birthday today, so went out for lunch. Stuck to the Super Food Salad with Salmon for main, but my grandson decided it would be fun to feed grandpa, so I might have sneaked some yummy Mushroom and Stilton Wellington
And I had to have a nice dessert - it was my birthday, after all.
This is getting serious though - with my birthday money I've ordered.... some Runderwear!!!

Happy Birthday GPS! 'Runderwear' - I like it! I'm just re-starting C25K but seem to remember it staring to come together a bit for me in Week 2 last time. I suppose we're starting to get more used to the format, the regular activity and learning to pace ourselves by then. Keep up the good work mate, it sounds to me like you're getting dedicated to this!
