Week 2 is going well. Run 2 was smooth tonight - I might even be starting to imagine that I'm feeling stronger during the runs!
Birthday today, so went out for lunch. Stuck to the Super Food Salad with Salmon for main, but my grandson decided it would be fun to feed grandpa, so I might have sneaked some yummy Mushroom and Stilton Wellington
And I had to have a nice dessert - it was my birthday, after all.
This is getting serious though - with my birthday money I've ordered.... some Runderwear!!!
