Good luck getting back into running. I find the podcasts really helpful, personally. Depending on what you were doing before, you might look on the C25K website article that describes each podcast, so you can choose the one that is most appropriate for you. (If you were already running for 20 minutes at a time, starting at week 1 might not feel like a challenge). On the other hand, if you are unsure where to start, week 1 is a logical place, and fairly inspirational. Have a good time.

Hiya,
You are not far from me and I started and had much the same.
Just stick to the podcasts and don't be afraid to repeat weeks if you don't feel ready to move on.
I'm on week 4 now after a three month break and really enjoying it.
Good luck, let us know how you get on !!
