Ooh good luck! I'm impresses that you graduated. Is it easier 2nd time around? I suppose you know that you can do it.

Am just taking it one run at a time, it's the only way to get through it!

Woo hoo, me too, although I didn't quite graduate, got poorly after wk 7 and gave up, it's easier to progress this time round, although it was harder to start. One more run tomorrow though and that's me finally graduated!

Hi, I graduated last year and stopped in the summer for six weeks while on holiday, I started again in December and now am in week five. It goes so much better the second time. This time I am going for the 10 k. Good luck, if I can do it so can you. Enjoy it.

Well done for starting again - I'm about to graduate for the second time this week, after stopping for 3 months last autumn. It is easier 2nd time round, for sure - I started at week 3 and that was fine. Go for it!

Good luck Jennyn. I too have done the same as you. So cross with myself, I started again at the beginning of January and am now on week 4. I agree, much more enjoyable this time round, once I stopped beating myself up about not keeping going!! I enjoy the plan, full stop, hope you enjoy too! It's just for you, all the best! :-)

I am the same. Graduated June last year but have only managed less than one run per week since then. Started again last saturday. So I wish you well.

I re-did the programme in the autumn. So glad I did. I'm running faster than I did first time around and am now running further than I ever did. Still a tortoise, but a slightly faster one. ;-) Good luck jennyn and enjoy it. :-)

Me too, graduated in December 2012 (xmas eve) then due to a broken rib stopped for a while, but now ready to get back into it ! In fact I have signed up for a 10k in May, so I HAVE to do this:-)

good luck Jennyn

Post graduation I continued building distance until I got PF in July. Once recovered (clever podiatrist) I battled to go it alone and build fitness. I joined a running club at beginner level to feed my competitive streak but was still struggling with breathing and running for any length of time. I restarted the plan a couple of weeks ago at week 3 and am whizzing through skipping some of the runs. It's been the confidence boost I needed. I definitely found it easier second time. Hope you do too :-)

Glad to see others post about this. I graduated the summer before last and did a couple of 5K races then. Fast forward and I'm struggling to get back on the wagon. I think getting back into this forum is going to be my salvation! Tonight will be W2R1!!! Good luck to all :)
