Arrgghh..really worried about this week! Last week was a challenge and Im worried that Im not going to manage this week as it looks too difficult. I am going to give it my best shot however and don my running shoes first thing in the morning..have to bite the bullet. Wish me luck!!

Hang in there, you can do it! If you really find it a struggle you can always repeat one of the runs a couple of times before moving on, but you will most definitely get there in the end :)

Best shot is all you can ask of yourself. But I suspect you might find yourself strangely surprised and pleased with yourself, and that's if you have to repeat the week!

You can probably still hear the whoops from those a coupl eof weeks ahead of you echoing around the blogs.

I had my one failure on Wk5 run 2 and was fine Wk 5 run 3.

Just take it slow and easy, its about going twenty minutes not how far or fast you do it.

woohoo..I actually did it!! Just walked in from run 1 wk 5!!! What on earth was I crying about..I want to go straight back out and do it again!!! It's true, this week is more of a mental barrier as I actually forgot that I was running for some of it!! beautiful sunny morning here to which certainly helps!! Thanks for your support, that's what pushed me onwards this morning!! :D :D :D
