I don't see why not so long as you are not on your knees after your own one!
Is it just tonight or a long term plan because you will in a few weeks potentially be doing their week 5 run 3 as your warm down from week 7 run 1
My son (13) has been doing it as well and is just in week 6 now - dead proud dad.
That's great news that you've spread the running bug to your family.
If you want to run with them maybe repeat your runs until you are all on the same run and then continue on. Repeating your sessions wont hurt and it would be nice support with everyone being on the same session.
I hope they really enjoy the programme.
That's great getting your family running too. Why not just start again with them.
We have talked about that already and compromised that as we run for the same overal time we can warm up and down together
I'm a C25graduate and have run with my daughter, who is now on wk6, a few times. She leaves me behind within minutes but when I started out my OH walked alongside(I was so slow) and if I gained any decent distance between us I then used the walking part of the podcast to walk back towards him. That way we did spend part of the podcast together. Have fun as a family
