After a couple of attempts to finish week 7, I finally did it this morning. I went outside, which was actually better. It was quite cold and windy when I went, I normally run inside, but it was certainly more interesting. I also wasn't watching the clock, so didn't really have much idea, I did go quite slowly, I passed some people walking just before it was half way and time to turn back. I couldn't face running past them, kept imagining them passing me again, so I ran a bit further on, which left me with a longer walk at the end, but that was ok. I'm glad I repeated week 7, even though I really, really didn't want to, because I actually do feel ready for another 3 mins! Am watching all the people who were at the same point as me a while ago getting their graduate badges, but it won't be long, I can see it coming now, only 6 runs to go!

Great, well done on finishing week 7, not long to go now!
Thanks minuette, are you still running 3 times a week and have you done 5k yet?
Graduated on Friday so have done one run so far this week yesterday, next one is tomorrow, but I've got a 12 week plan in place for going forward including intervals, distance running and speed building. Not near the 5K just yet, it should take me another 3 weeks to get to hopefully
