W5r3. fantastic run this morning, 4.23 k averaging 7.26k/min

My bottom lip did a wobble when Laura congratulated me at the end......so proud of myself and really keen to keep going, gin ally a fitness plan I have stuck too :-)

Conrats and well done, I did W5R1 this morning and can't wait for R3 on Wednesday

well done! So far I've found W5R3 has been the most emotional and physically satisfying to me. The achievement of 20minutes solid (the first biggie!) is amazing.

It's still a great achievement, I was so proud when I ran for 20 mins. Running at that pace would take 30 mins roughly hence my comment. Congratulations anyway, enjoy week 6 as it's when "you are officially a runner!" Keep up the good work
