Don't know if I can do it! Shall I go in the morning or after work? I'm nervous but excited....

I do most of my runs in the early evening. You will be able to do the three mins, and you'll feel great when you've achieved it. Good luck.

You can do it; you just need to believe in yourself. :) Time of run is personal preference (me - it would be morning)...if you are a morning person I'd so go and do it first thing. Its such agreat feeling to have all day.

Good luck :)

you'll do just fine :) I've found I'm much better at running in the morning but do both depending on work commitments - my favourite run is Sunday morning

I'm not even a morning person but I do prefer to run in the morning. You will be fine, just take it easy :)

YOU CAN DO IT!!! dont think of the amount of time its just running/jogging till told to slow down to a walk, just start nice and stedy if need be realy slow for the first time to get a feel for it and gives you the 'I did it' feeling .You can always speed up for the next run if you can just make sure you run/jog and compleate its not about speed its about jogging/running for the alocated time. i always run in the evening. Good luck
