Well today I did week 5 run 3!

I feel like I've won a marathon! Started off very slowly, which was the right thing to do as I was tired by the end. I think I kept a steady pace throughout thpugh, rather than slowing down, which is good (though would have been fine if I'd slowed down too).

Within the first 3 minutes I thought I wasn't going to be able to do it. But I thought about it - my legs felt good and I wasn't out of breath, so I knew it was a mental challenge. I did an out and back route so once I was halfway through I knew the quickest way of getting home was to keep running!

Have done my stretches and now sat with my feet up and a cup of tea.

Well done for keeping going. Week 5 felt like a big jump and the Mental Gremlins are making themselves known :-)

Fantastic!

Well done you 😁

Always a great run to get under your belt !

You'll probably be smiling all day now 😁

Take your time with week 6 runs 1 and 2.

They often catch people out with going back to intervals.

Brilliant going, like the idea of the out and back.
