running, hayfever, and runny nose!

Im really struggleing with my hayfever which is mainly due to tree pollen. My running is really suffering due to a persistant runny nose it like a tap!!. I take regular antihistamines but would welcome any suggestions please x

I find wearing long sleeves gives you somewhere to wipe it !

I carry a pack of tissues with me now that I have a batman stylee utility belt (also means I can carry my phone and keys) that I accidentally bought on my last visit to that shop, though if I take much more I may need to run with my handbag
