I know Laura said I was at the end of week 6 but I didn't really feel like it until today when I woke up to grey skies & cold rain........... and I went out for my run anyway! It was the first time since I've started that I've been faced with real yuk weatheron a day I planned to run so I have been really lucky.
The fact it was run 3 of week 9 might have helped with that but I really think I'd have gone anyway. Bonus to the squelching feet though- I've graduated!!!!!!!!!!!

congratulations on your graduation. Well done for doing so well, have a great weekend enjoying your achievement. Cant wait to get to graduation, just a couple of runs to go. any plans for future runs?
Thanks everyone- it does feel good to have done it. I do feel slightly lost now but looking forward to the new podcasts in May. The next goal for now is to keep going out regularly for the next few weeks until it is here and maybe concentrating on upping the pace a bit.
Keeping on going out without any programmed runs to tick off will be a big thing for me- I've never managed it before. But then I'd never managed to run for more than 20 mins or go out despite the rain ever before either so there is hope!
