After trying to tell myself all day that I wasn't going for a run, I managed to drag my ass out. I'm so glad I did as today was the day I actually had to lengthen my route in order to finish the podcast. I found that the previous run gave me the confidence to run slightly faster, as I knew I had 3 minute recovery breaks. I think I am becoming slightly addicted to this running lark, and my confidence is definitely growing. To everyone who doubts whether they can do it, just have faith in the program and yourself.
