I was planning to do W6R3 tomorrow but I've been feeling run down and had a niggly sore throat all day so decided to leave it until Friday and agreed to be at work early tomorrow instead. Wondering if I'm just being a bit of a wuss. Or am I just being sensible ? Not something I'm known for........

There is a difference between being a wuss and listening to your body...... another day won't hurt and you'll soon know whether you're really fit to go out. You don't sound like a wuss to me!! Good luck!
I think you are just being sensible. If you don't feel well enough to run then it's best not too. Make sure you are feeling well enough before you do your next run. Hope you feel better soon.

I am at exactly the same stage as you and put off my week6 run 3 last night. I was going out and was worried that I would be a hot sweaty mess for the rest oftof the evening! Now feel really bad and have put my schedule out as I will have to do it this evening and miss zumba with my friend. If it had been another of the week 6 runs I would have done it last night before going out, but I allowed myself to be put off by the prospect of 25 mins non stop! That's wussy, not you who felt ill!!!
