It's the best. Laura gives you a nice bit of news at the end!

Well congratulations on having GOT so far... ( just finishing week 4 here onto 5 next)

if you can DO 4 , you can DO 5.. I keep telling myself..

if you can DO 5 . you can DO 6.1, ditto 6.2

And if you have GOT as far as 6.2 ( as you have) then you CAN do 6.3.. and with that , you are in sight of the ' finishing post' !!!

Well done for getting all the way to week five! Hopefully we'll both be running 5k in no time!

I'll keep your words in my mind as I'm running in the morning!

Trust Laura.

If you've got this far, you're ready for it, honestly.

Remember to start off slowly and this time tomorrow, you'll wonder why you were so worried about it.

Yes, I'll be slow to start with for sure!! Plodding along is better than pushing too hard!

I did that run today. Don't worry you will be fine, just take it easy and pace yourself and enjoy! You'll feel fantastic afterwards!

We all felt the same , honestly.xxx

Just keep doing what youve been doing, its worked so far. Slow and steady , keep calm, one foot in front of the other. Deep breaths, think nice thoughts .

If it helps, break it down into five minute chunks in your head .

You will be fine, you are going to feel amazing when you complete this run . You can then come on here and tell us all about it !

Good Luck, Keep going , youre doing great ! :-) xxx

Wow how lovely!! It's so nice knowing that everyone on here has been in the same position, and that everyone encourages each other!

I hope to enjoy it, and I'm nervously excited to see if I can get through it! (I'm positive that I can, it's just a step up again)

Thank you for your kind and encouraging words! xx

Oh, I hope you love this run as much as I did. It might seem daunting but for me this one topped even W5R3. Hope it does for you too x
