Was supposed to graduate just over a week ago, then had to go away on a residential with school. Got back from that last Friday and just haven't had the motivation to do my graduation run. It's pathetic really because now I'm worried I'm not going to be able to do it and that I've left it too long.
Got to bite the bullet and go out. Alarm set for tomorrow morning. I can almost taste graduation, this is silly!

Just do it!! Get those shoes on and start pounding. You know that you are more than capable of doing it and in the immortal words for Laura 'You can do it'. Have fun.
You'll probably benefit from the rest, you certainly won't have lost fitness over a week. Everyone has moments of self doubt (I've had several recently) but the best way to get rid of them is to get out there and see what you can do. Pace yourself and leave a little energy in reserve for the finish so you can complete your run on a high. You can do it ! Best of luck
