Today I did wk 5 run2. I thought Laura said it was run 5 then run 8 then run 5. So when I finished my first run she said well done you just ran for 8 mins I was so thrilled!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I did the same run this morning. The first 8 mins seemed to fly! The programme is definitely getting us fitter! Good luck for the 20 min stint!
