Hello my name is Colin I am 71 when I was younger I use to run cross country then I played a lot of sports. I have but a lot of weight so I have decided to take up running again

You'll find a lot of people on here who are the same as you, a little bit different form you and not the same as you. The thing is we all help one another to be healthier fitter and more mind focused.
