This morning I headed out for run 2 of week 5, had no clue as to what to expect. Decided that this week I didn't want to know and take it as it came.

8 min runs done! yay!

5 weeks ago I struggled to run for 1 min, now here I am running for 8 and even when you think your legs can't go on something inside tells you that it can be done...

Looking forward to what run 3 brings!

Look out it's 20 minutes next! Best run for me so far having actually made it through.
