Wk5, Run 1 Wow!

After a 4 days not running, really didn’t want to go out this morning but once I was tying up my laces I felt more ready. Worried that I’d struggle, I actually found 3 x 5 min runs surprisingly ok. I’m definitely not going to look ahead at next run as I know they increase this week, will just do it and see what happens.

Well done! You're on it! Sometimes the longer brake regenerate muscles and improves the performance.

You don't need to look ahead just run when they are telling you to :P I usually check the intervals on the running day when I'm preparing/choosing route in my head ;) I don't heck further runs.

You are totally ready for it. 4 day break is not enough to loose what you've already built up. Enjoy your rest day and your next run!
