Day off today so went out earlier for the run, have been very tired this week so didn't feel that confident for the big one today but not only did I do it I finished off on the little hill on my route still running strongly - big smiley face today and no aches or pains - big glass of white wine tonight!

Awesome, well done you.

I'm terrified of week 5, which I'm beginning tomorrow but reading so many inspiring stories I'm looking forward to the high afterwards.

Enjoy your evening.
