So after putting it off a couple of days due to the fear of it, I finally completed this run yesterday!! Thanks to those who replied to my earlier post when l was daunted by the 'big jump,' you were right, it is a mental challenge rather than a physical one.
For those about to embark on this run who are also worrying about the big increase in running time then don't despair. It is all a mind game. Conquer the voices in your head, your body will be fine. Good luck!

Congratulations rhinos1968 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
