Nervous about tomorrow’s run... i’ve had a week off so me and my husband are now out of sync with our running which is a bummer particularly with a run like tomorrow’s on the horizon! It just seems like a big jump from two eight minute runs to twenty minutes!

Don't be scared: you'll be fine as long as you take it gently and slowly. Don't think about it as 20 mns: just relax and run. The plan is designed for you to be able to run this one, trust it.

How often does the podcast talk? Me and my husband really use the podcast as motivation! Knowing how long we’ve been running for seems to help motivate us!

Two times eight minutes, with a five minute brisk walking interval, totals twenty-one minutes.

There is no step up, unless of course you expend no energy while walking briskly.

Just believe in yourself, trust in the plan and take it nice and steady..........oh, and practice grinning.

Just another run.. that follows the one before... slow and steady does it:)

As IannodaTruffe says... run and smile broadly :)
