I completed the 20 minute continuous run and it was OK. My legs are feeling it a bit today, the day after the big event. Cheers Steve Cram.

Hi Foley B. We are in exactly the same place. I completed my week 5, 20 minute run 3 on Friday and week 6 beckons tomorrow. My legs are fine and so far following the program with Steve Cram, I have not experienced Shin Splints ( by jogging like an assassin) or stitch (by jogging really slow). I look forward to your further updates and perhaps we'll be able to celebrate the completion of our CT5K at the same time. Very best wishes.
