I completed the 20 minute continuous run and it was OK. My legs are feeling it a bit today, the day after the big event. Cheers Steve Cram.

Many folk use the forum to support the running..loads of ideas there for so many different exercises..familiar names there too.I do a weekly post and CBDB posts sp many varied and helpful links too.

Hi Foley B. We are in exactly the same place. I completed my week 5, 20 minute run 3 on Friday and week 6 beckons tomorrow. My legs are fine and so far following the program with Steve Cram, I have not experienced Shin Splints ( by jogging like an assassin) or stitch (by jogging really slow). I look forward to your further updates and perhaps we'll be able to celebrate the completion of our CT5K at the same time. Very best wishes.
