Still getting there. Running for a whole 3 minutes feels like quite an achievement for someone who couldn't run for the bus a year ago. One of the reasons I am on C25K is to see if would help me with a weight loss plateau and whoop whoop I am now celebrating being overweight with a BMI of 29.99! Looking forward to what the next weeks bring.

Well done on the 3 minute run great feeling isn't it! :)

I remember only four weeks ago being so proud I'd run for that long, then it was 5 minutes, then 8 etc and now 4 weeks later I'm running 25 minutes (on week 7) which you'll be doing very soon! I've lost 4lbs since starting so my plateau is starting to shift, along with the inches at last.

Congrats and enjoy the running :)

Thanks Minuette

I feel I can only dream about the 25 minutes but I will get there. you are giving me something to live up to as our 50th birthdays approach! Hope you are having a good week. I will be running outside rather than on a treadmill this Saturday so hope that goes OK.

You can do it! I'm 63 and I just bust the 30 minute/5K barrier!

Well done you is what I say, good job cracking the 30bmi range.
