Been looking at getting a heart monitor watch as im interested in logging my bodys improvment going through this program and to see how hard im actualy trying I have beem looking at the Polar watches with chest strap and also the Nike plus sports band which you can link with the Polar chest strap to. Does anyone use either of these and how well do they work? I think im more intresed with the nike plus sports band as it looks alot easier to down load the info on to the computer.
also if anyone is intrested i have found a very good web site to log your runs and also measure routes just registar for free and try out for a month loads of data sheets in there and the route planner is brill.
