Site seems to be working. This time I didn't have to log in. Well done and thank you admin.
Long hot run at 7 am (3 x 17minutes with a minute running in.between) and back I was with the snotty-pony-tailed-who-do-they-think-they-are runners who don't acknowledge my smile as we cross paths, while generally scruffier types tend to be more friendly. Dèjà-vu?
Shorts are great in this weather btw.

I'm doing Samantha's B210K program. It's very different from Laura's but excellent -- very USA
I got as far as the last run in June but went back to 5k runs for a few weeks because of the heat, so I took up from half way again 3 runs ago. Now I'm trying to complete it by the end of July. Six more runs to go!
I'll have a look at it. Well done to you for running in that heat....I did it in May in Italy and it was too hot then!!! Belgium is hot at the moment but the mornings are lovely so changed my run times. good luck with completing the programme by end of July. I have a 10 km run at the end of September so still have time to get there.
Best of luck...I really hope I can do the 10k too sooner or later -- it does seem so far. I'm only clocking about 7K for now, although that would have sounded so far a year ago when a minute seemed endless
No shorts - you haven't seen my legs & that was before my use (first time ever) of fake tan on my legs. Not a success. I'm only a week two runner so I still get very self conscious whenever I meet anyone. I haven't learned to distinguish between types of runners yet.
Nice to see someone else on the programme. I'm clocking 7k (not including the 5 min walk which is about 1/2 a kil) as well - seems fine to me. It'd better be fine - there's no way I can run faster!
I'm not getting the whole of my legs out - they look like they've been dipped in Tip-Ex - but I have graduated to 3/4 length running trousers.
Hi Delia. Just thought I'd log in and found it's all gone different. Hope you are well. Glad to see you are still sticking with the running (and the blogging!). James
