Hi everyone, hoping for advice... I have a polar heart monitor that is uncomfortable and means having to carry my phone with me so the polar can track.
Wondering if there's a watch like device that will track for me enable me to listen to the podcast and possibly music and allow me to ditch the iPhone on my walks/runs.
Does anyone have a device like above? I've seen lots have fitbits but also noticed they take their iPhone with them.
If you have to take the phone can anyone recommend a bag for my phone to go in whilst I'm running?
Sorry long post. I'm thinking of starting tomorrow but have lots of anxietys about it. I don't want to be carrying my phone and I'm also nervous about where to run that's safe in the evenings. So lots to think about.
